this person lied to you (or doesn’t know what he/she is talking about…)… a degree is useless in today’s market if you can’t get a job. school isn’t for the experience but for the job… but, either way, you obviously already know that because you’ve been keeping up on internships and trying to get yourself out there. :P job experience/who you know is half the battle.

I’m having a really hard time understanding this… :/ Lyss, Mara was being really nice to you. If you really want, I can give you a beautiful reality check about this entire situation. For now, I’m just going to remain confused and politely inform you that the government is more at fault than capitalism.
Because many of you have asked how last night went and I had been wanting to catalogue my thoughts on Tumblr anyway, I’m making this post.
